Returns and refunds

Every durgavintage piece is one of one, so please read the listing, measurements and photos carefully before you buy.

You can return an item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition they were sent, with no perfume, smoke or pet hair. Any marks or flaws described in the listing are part of the item's agreed condition and are not grounds for a return.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will send you the return details. Return postage is paid by the buyer, so please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.

Once we receive and check the item we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will put it right with a full refund including postage.

Because each piece is unique, we cannot offer exchanges.
