These terms apply to purchases made at durgavintage.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us. durgavintage is an independent vintage clothing shop based in London, United Kingdom.

Our products. Every item is pre-owned vintage clothing and is one of one. Photos, descriptions and measurements show each item as accurately as we can, including any marks or signs of wear, but small variations in colour can occur between screens. Vintage items are not new and may show normal signs of age.

Availability. Because each item is unique and also sold on other platforms, an item may occasionally sell before your order is processed. If that happens we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Prices and payment. All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error.

Delivery and returns. Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Return and refund policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Liability. We are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

Privacy. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
